How do you pick winners?
Winners are selected from a pool of valid entrants in accordance with the terms and conditions of the product you have purchased on Jumbo Win. We select winners using our proprietary Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been assessed and approved for use within the UK (see our certification)
How will I know if I am a winner?
You can view winning results here. In addition to this we will get in touch with you via email in order to arrange a call and claim your win. Depending on the value of the prize, we may request additional information to help us verify that you meet our eligibility criteria.
How do I claim my winnings?
We will request that you provide us with your nominated bank account details. Once we have received these details, we will make a transfer of the funds into your account within 5 business days.
