Responsible Play

Jumbo Win is committed to providing a safe environment for players to buy and manage their prize draw entries online. We do not encourage excessive purchases or for players to extend themselves beyond their financial means. If you feel that your participation in Jumbo Win is no longer fun, please seek assistance.

Our terms and conditions clearly explain how our products work, including how to participate in our products by purchasing a subscription, a one-off paid entry, or by entering through our free entry route.

Participants in Jumbo Win products must be at least 18 years old. It is our policy to not allow anyone under the age of 18 to play our products. When joining Jumbo Win, you must confirm that you are 18 or over, otherwise you will not be permitted to create an account and participate in our products.

If for any reason it is established that an underage person or a void entry has won a prize, then the following procedure will be adhered to:

  • If a situation arises where a prize winner is under the age of 18 years, we will contact the winner to explain that it is against Jumbo Win’s policy and game rules for under 18s to play our products. As such:
    • their prize will be void; and
    • payments made in relation to the relevant entries for that draw shall be returned to the individual concerned.
  • An alternative winner will be selected if a winner has been disqualified due to not meeting the minimum age requirement.

Play Safely

Please play responsibly.

Jumbo Win may impose limits on the number of entries into our products that can be purchased by an individual. If so, we will restrict the number of purchases during the checkout process.

If you feel that participating in our products is causing you financial or personal distress, you should consider whether to close your account.

Please contact our support team at [email protected] if you would like to request account closure. You can always come back to us in the future if you decide that you want to play again.

Tips for Safe Play

  • Only play with money that you can afford to lose – don’t use money set aside to pay bills, rent, for food, etc.
  • Don't borrow money to play
  • Set a money limit and stick to it
  • Set a time limit and stick to it
  • Never chase losses – if you lose money, never try to get it back by going over your limit.
  • Don’t play when you are depressed, upset or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • Balance playing with other activities – family, work, sleep, socialising, sport, hobbies, etc.
