How can I be removed from your marketing or promotional lists?

Let us know if you wish to unsubscribe from marketing. Please make sure you include enough information for us to identify your personal records as well as a contact method in case we are unable to make the requested changes.

In addition to this, on the bottom of all emails from Jumbo Win you can select 'unsubscribe'.

Can I change my monthly VIP membership charge date?

Yes, this involves cancelling your current VIP membership and restarting a new VIP membership on your preferred date. Your VIP membership is charged on the date that you activate a new VIP membership, you will then be charged on a recurring basis every month thereafter on this date. Once the charge has been processed each month you will automatically receive e-tickets in our current open draw. 

How do I update my personal contact details?

You can change your phone number, provide a new mailing address or update your email address at any time via your online account (My Settings or My Info) or by contacting our friendly Customer Support Team, who will be happy to help you do this. There are a number of ways that you can contact us:

How safe are my personal details?

We're committed to protecting your data and privacy, and complying with data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Jumbo Win treats information security with an extreme level of importance, however no one is completely immune to global cybersecurity threats to UK organisations.

You have the right to ask us to delete your personal information, and you can request this by emailing us at [email protected]. This means that we will have to deactivate your online account and you will no longer be able to play our prize draw games unless you re-register. We can't erase your complete transaction history due to legal, accounting and compliance reasons.

You can opt out of receiving marketing emails from us at any time by using the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of our marketing emails, or by emailing us at [email protected].

Why do you need my date of birth?

There are a few reasons you need to supply your date of birth (DOB).  Firstly you must be over 18 to purchase tickets and we also need to ensure we can correctly identify you when you win a prize. Please be assured your privacy is always protected, we will never disclose any of your personal information.
